At Mindalk, our curriculum is built on clear expectations, structured learning, and evidence-based practice. Aligned with the Victorian Curriculum 2.0, it provides a well-sequenced progression of essential knowledge and skills across all year levels. Students learn through explicit teaching, guided practice, and opportunities to apply their understanding in meaningful ways. By focusing on systematic learning area skill development, core capabilities, and foundational skills, we ensure every child is supported and challenged to achieve steady and sustained growth.

Students engage in a strong set of core learning areas that build deep knowledge and essential skills in English, Mathematics, Science, Humanities (History, Geography, Civics and Citizenship, Economics and Business), Health and Physical Education, and Technologies (Digital and Design), Foundational skills and the Capabilities. Each area follows a structured sequence so learning builds over time.

Our specialist programs enrich learning through The Arts (Performing and Visual Arts), Physical Education, Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), and Science and Technology. Taught by specialist teachers, these programs build creative expression, physical confidence, emotional understanding, and technological capability, giving students broad opportunities to develop essential skills beyond the core curriculum.
