Single Use Hirers

Spaces to be available to local sporting and community groups for hire under the School’s Hiring Agreement –

Outdoor hard courts to be available for hire for use such as outdoor Basketball, Netball, Volleyball, Tennis, Pickleball which can support local community sporting groups.
Community Hub – Indoor Multi-Use Court to be available for hire for use such as indoor Basketball, Netball, Volleyball, Tennis, Pickleball which can support local community sporting groups.
All courts are full size courts that can be quickly adapted to the sport that is being played.
Sports field to be available for hire for use such as outdoor football, rugby, soccer etc… which can support local community sporting groups.

Conditions of Use

Facilities are available for hire (for one-off or very short-term use) or licence (for regular, on-going use) to the community.

Mindalk Primary School’s school council will only consider applications for the hire or licence of the facilities if the purpose is for educational, recreational or sporting activities.

Process for applying for hire or licence facilities are – call school office 97300 7122 or email mindalk.ps@education.vic.gov.au with details and enter into a Hire/Licence Agreement with the school council requiring you to :

Present copy of Public Liability Insurance
Pay hire or licence fee for use of facilities
Pay security deposit
Be bound by terms and conditions in Hire Agreement
