It is about owning your actions, helping your community and doing the right thing. Responsibility guides our actions as educators and role models. This means holding high expectations for ourselves and our community, promoting accountability and creating a school culture where everyone takes ownership of their role in learning and community life.

Mindalk Primary School is located in Truganina, 25km west of Melbourne’s CBD. The school is situated within the Mount Atkinson estate – Mount Atkinson being a local landmark, a low hill that was a source of local lava flows. The school is in Bunurong Country – the Bunurong people being the traditional owners of Country.
Mindalk was built to help meet the increasing enrolment demand from a growing local population. Mindalk is a Supported Inclusion School (SIS) which will enable staff to provide extra support for students with a disability within a mainstream setting.
