Health & Physical Education

Health and Physical Education at Mindalk supports students from Foundation to Year 6 to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to flourish as healthy, active and informed young people. Aligned with the Victorian Curriculum 2.0, the program emphasises physical competence, movement understanding and safe decision making. Students learn how their bodies move, how to participate in a wide variety of physical activities, and how to make positive choices that support lifelong health. Through engaging, movement-rich lessons across indoor, outdoor and community environments, students build fitness, confidence and the foundations for ongoing physical activity.
